Table 2 Validation Process - Exclusion Criteria

1. Papers published after April 1, 2015 (the date of data collection)

2. Articles published in non peer-reviewed journals, or in biomedical journals that are not indexed by Pubmed (as this is a basic marker of journal quality) including popular magazines and newspaper articles

3. Textbook chapters

4. Patents
