Otoendoscopic examination (a) of patient 3 showed bluish thickening of the anterior part of the intact left tympanic membrane (TM). Pure tone audiometry revealed mild conductive hearing loss on the left side (b), which was improved after 2 weeks (c). Temporal bone computed tomography revealed thickening of the left TM (white arrows) on axial (d) and coronal views (e), suggesting iTM hemorrhage
