CASC15 was upregulated in LSCC and predicted poor survival. RT-qPCR analyzed by paired t test showed that the expression levels of CASC15 were significantly higher in LSCC tissues compared to that in non-tumor tissues (*, paired t test, p = 0.025) (A). Survival curve analysis showed that patients with high expression levels of CASC15 in LSCC tissues had significantly lower overall 5-year survival rate (K-M method followed by long-rank test, p = 0.013) (B)
